I worked for, a leading national provider of online property search technology and MLS (Multiple Listing
Service) data for real estate websites, from May 2009 through July 2011, as a Technical Support Representative.

My responsibilities and accomplishments include:

  • Customer Service and Technical Support
    • Front-End Web Development
  • Support documentation
  • Migrated to a newer more feature rich support ticketing system (Kayako) with custom migration scripting
  • Created screencasts using Camtasia and Screenflow software. Aided with marketing materials for
    resellers / partners
  • Minor bug fixes in ColdFusion back-end
